Jason Isbell Vienna Concert reviews
I primarily wanted to see Jason Isbell for his excellent songwriting abilities. I was not disappointed. He brings his heart and soul to the stage. His musicianship and that of his band members only added to the great quality of the song content and entire show. I will say, though, there were times when I could not hear the words and would prefer a mix with the vocal hotter than the instruments. The words are the heart of the songs and it is disappointing when they are drowned out. Each time Jason spoke while the band was still playing it was impossible to make out anything he said.
